MY APPROACH

I am a compassionate, direct, and down to earth therapist who understands the challenges of living from a place of pain.

We’ve all been there…

As a therapist, I help professionals in life-transitions, or stuck patterns of thinking and behavior, figure out the core of what's going on so we can effectively address the parts of your life you want to understand better, and create pathways to change. We all need help at times accessing our own voice, addressing difficulties, and moving forward.

Connection is key. When we are connected to ourselves, when we trust our sense of what is right for us, we find our direction, we find our people, and we create the life we want. I’m here to help you recognize and claim your voice, find your own wisdom, and put it into action in your life.

I can help you to heal from difficult or traumatic experiences and long-standing beliefs that continue to cause pain, and confusion. My therapy approach focuses on helping you meet your thoughts and feelings with self-compassion and curiosity, this creates space for healing and change.

I will meet you where you are, together we will forge a path forward.

Working with me can help you to recognize and claim your voice, find your own wisdom, and put it into action in your life.

Some therapy outcomes include…

  • You can take the difficulties you’ve had and incorporate them into your life in a way that creates a new story.

  • You’ll accept yourself, your feelings, and your past.

  • You’ll learn how to trust yourself and to use your emotions to guide your actions.

  • Learn to love yourself more and have more fulfillment in your relationships.

  • You can have more meaning and joy.

  • Your life will have a greater sense of purpose.

  • You’ll feel more optimistic about your future.
