I am a compassionate, direct, and down to earth therapist who understands the challenges of living from a place of pain.

We’ve all been there…

As a therapist, I help you heal from difficult or traumatic experiences that continue to cause problems, or stuck patterns of thinking and behavior.

My therapy approach focuses on moving through heavy, longstanding, and overwhelming emotions such as anxiety, depression, and anger.

Allowing yourself to feel and explore the most difficult emotions can help to understand and move through them.

Meeting your feelings with self-compassion and curiosity creates space for healing and change.

I will meet you where you are, and we will move at your pace. Together, we will figure out the direction we will take to address the things you want to work on.
